Plover, Wisconsin – Infinity Foods, Inc. a new subsidiary of McCain Foods USA, Inc, announced today the successful completion of its acquisition of the operations of Intevation Food Group, LLC in Plover, Wisconsin.
The company will operate under the Infinity Foods name, and will retain the former staff of Intevation Food Group under the leadership of General Manager, Mark Arend.

The company specializes in frozen food product development and manufacturing through its co-packing and private label business. Product capabilities include appetizers and potato specialties, such as cheese sticks and potato skins for the retail and foodservice customer channels.
